Rajma Paneer Paratha was an accidental invention from one of my cooking with leftovers sprint, and has been a favorite since then. My good friend Divya of Dil Se hosted her first event, and i just didn’t want to miss her WHB, but me the late lateef, and no other reasons, and and divya the super fast…. she came up with the round up so so so fast. So basically i missed it, but dear this was totally for you…. so i had to post it.
Remember the spaghetti with bean balls , yess i made paratha with the bean balls and it was yummy. Just make sure you dont cook the rajma too much that it gets too soggy, and grate the paneer well, mash all the ingredients pretty well and it comes out to be one of the most melt in the mouth kinda paratha.
