Pan Chocolate Barks is another obsession this Diwali. Easy to make, impressive and oh-so-yummy! Just melt chocoloate, add some rose petals, pistachios, and a lot of gulkand, and you have a bomb of flavors rolling in your mouth! And your guests will be mighty impressed.
For the ones who know me personally know that i do diwali hamper sales every Diwali, and its a mayhem in my kitchen, 100s of boxes going out for people who want to gift unique goodies to friends and families, and corporates who want to treat their clients well, and i hardly get any time to do something for my very own good friends. I hate it, but so it is. Diwali is my favorite festival, yet i hardly celebrate it.
This year i wanted things to be different, i thought i should figure east things to make and gift to some friends who have stayed through my tough times and always manage to bring a smile on my face. Iam blessed, and you know who you guys are.
This Bark is another such easy gift, you guys who are pressed for time like me, can try.

- 400 gms dark chocolate
- 3-4 pinches sea salt
- Crushed Rose Petals
- Pistachio Slices
- Gulkand, 1 tbsp
